The university city of Göttingen is about 60 kilometers or 20 ICE minutes away. It was also where Carl Friedrich Gauss, the brilliant mathematician, worked. Both metropolises are separated by the dreamy valley of the lower Werra. The hands of the clock seem to turn more slowly here. It’s simply a valley to fall in love with.
